To change / update your email client to use SSL, refer to the guidelines below for your device:

Authentication: Make sure your username and password are correct.

Server Names:
- Incoming Mail Server Hostname (IMAP): imap.whitebean.io
- Incoming Mail Server Hostname (POP3): pop.whitebean.io
- Outgoing Mail Server Hostname: smtp.whitebean.io
iPhone (iOS)

Open Settings:

Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

Navigate to Mail:

Scroll down and tap Mail.

Select Accounts:

Tap Accounts.
-

Choose Your Email Account:

Select the email account you want to update.
-

Edit Server Settings:

Tap on the email address at the top to access account settings.

Scroll down to Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server.

Update to SSL:

Under Incoming Mail Server, tap Advanced.

Ensure Use SSL is turned on.

Change the Server Port to
993
(for IMAP) or995
(for POP3). - Set the Incoming Mail Server Hostname to imap.whitebean.io (IMAP) / pop.whitebean.io (POP3)

Under Outgoing Mail Server, tap SMTP and select the primary server.

Ensure Use SSL is turned on.

Change the Server Port to
465
. - Set the Outgoing Mail Server Hostname to smtp.whitebean.io

Save Changes:

Tap Done or Save to apply the changes.

Android

Open Email App:

Open the default email app or the app you use for your email account.

Go to Account Settings:

Tap the Menu (three lines or dots) and select Settings.

Select Your Email Account:

Tap on the email account you want to update.

Change the Security Type to SSL/TLS.

Change the Security Type to SSL/TLS.

Save Changes:

Tap Next or Save to apply the changes.

Open Outlook:

Launch the Outlook application on your computer.

Go to Account Settings:

Click on File in the top-left corner.

Select Account Settings > Account Settings.

Select Your Email Account:

Choose the email account you want to update and click Change.

Edit Server Settings:

In the Change Account window, click More Settings.

Update to SSL:

Go to the Advanced tab.

Under Incoming Server (IMAP/POP3):

Change the Use the following type of encrypted connection to SSL.

Update the Port to

(for POP3). - Set the Incoming Mail Server Hostname to imap.whitebean.io (IMAP) / pop.whitebean.io (POP3)

Under Outgoing Server (SMTP):

Save Changes:

Click OK and then Next to test the settings.

Once confirmed, click Finish.
